The design focuses on scale and rhythm. The lobby introduces the narrative with polished stone, sculptural lighting, and a patterned ceiling that creates visual movement. Corridors and lift lobbies continue this language through warm metallic accents, custom chandeliers, and textured wall panels that carry a sense of quiet luxury.
The ballroom and multipurpose hall emphasize grandeur through sweeping ceiling forms, layered lighting, and generous proportions. Meanwhile, supporting spaces bring softness through greenery, woven textures, and natural light, creating moments of pause within the larger architectural experience.
The exterior uses perforated metal screens and strong horizontals to create a bold urban identity for the building.
